Vision Studio ("we", "us") provides a software platform for creating photorealistic signage and display mockups. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our marketing pages and to authenticated users of the platform.
We minimise the data we collect. Where collection is necessary, we are transparent about purpose and retention.
Data we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the service and to communicate with you. The categories below cover the typical data flows.
- ·Account data: name, email, organization, role.
- ·Workspace content: projects, photos you upload, products, and exports you generate.
- ·Usage telemetry: feature usage, page views, performance metrics. Aggregated and never sold.
- ·Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store only the last four digits and billing address.
- ·Support data: messages you send to us through contact forms or in-app support.
How we use data
We use the data to provide and improve the service, to communicate operational and security information, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer content to train external models.
Retention
Workspace content is retained for the lifetime of your subscription. Deleted projects are recoverable for 30 days and then permanently removed. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax law in your jurisdiction.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Submit a request from your account settings or email privacy@visionstudio.app and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Vision Studio uses TLS in transit, encryption at rest, scoped IAM, and continuous monitoring. Operator access to customer data is restricted to documented incident-response workflows and is fully audited.
