The agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Vision Studio platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Seat counts may be adjusted at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the current billing period. Annual prepayments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Free trial

New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with no payment method required. At the end of the trial, projects are preserved for 30 days while the workspace is in a read-only state. After 30 days without an active subscription, the workspace and its content are scheduled for deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vision Studio to:

• ·Infringe intellectual-property rights of others.
• ·Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or defamatory.
• ·Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the service.
• ·Resell or sub-license the platform without a written agreement.

Ownership of content

You retain all rights to content you upload and to the mockups you produce. You grant Vision Studio a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

AI Enhance

AI Enhance is an optional feature that may use third-party generative models on a per-export basis. AI Enhance consumes AI credits and is subject to the terms and content policies of the underlying provider. Disabling AI Enhance removes any data flow to those providers.

Service levels & uptime

Vision Studio targets 99.9% monthly availability for the production tier. Enterprise customers may receive a contractually-backed SLA with credits. Status and incident history are published at status.visionstudio.app.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your content for 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your residence applies.
